Our team meets you at Tan Son Nhat Airport and drives you to pre-arranged temporary housing — typically a serviced apartment in District 1 or Thao Dien. We handle everything so you can rest after your flight and start apartment hunting fresh the next day.
Apartment Search Assistance
Based on your budget, workplace location, and lifestyle preferences, we curate a shortlist of 5-10 pre-vetted apartments. We arrange back-to-back viewings in a single day so you can compare properties efficiently and make a confident decision.
Neighborhood Orientation Tours
Once you choose your apartment, we walk you through the neighborhood — showing you the nearest supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, coworking spaces, and restaurants. We share local tips that only residents know, from the best pho shop to which ATMs have the lowest fees.
Utility Setup
We coordinate internet installation (typically FPT or Viettel fiber, set up in 1-2 days), confirm electricity and water accounts are active, and help you get a Vietnamese SIM card. Everything is ready before you unpack your first box.
Bank Account Guidance
We guide you through opening a Vietnamese bank account at Vietcombank, Techcombank, or another major bank. A local account lets you pay rent via domestic transfer (avoiding international fees) and receive salary in VND. We prepare the required documents and accompany you to the branch.
